Why Eating Snacks At The Same Time Each Day May Help You Lose Weight

The recommended advice when you are trying to lose weight is that you should eat five small meals throughout the day. (This is of course in addition to other weight loss methods such as doing plenty of exercise and maybe taking a diet pill such as Meratol, for instance). So this obviously means that at least two of the meals will essentially just be snacks.

It is important that you treat these snacks as being proper meals, and therefore schedule them at certain times. For example you could pledge to eat one of the snacks at 11.00AM and one at 3.00 PM because these times will be right in the middle of the morning and the afternoon, when you are likely to be feeling hungry.

If you can stick to this schedule and ensure that you always eat healthy low calorie snacks, and indeed low calorie meals generally, you will hopefully be able to reach your desired weight.
