What can you do with a Trust Deed?
May 17th, 2011 . by adminA trust deed is a form of law which was passed through the Scottish government. It is a 36 month plan which leaves you totally debt free. Throughout the plan you make a fixed payment each month, a payment which reduces your monthly outgoings and at the end the rest is written off, which can be up to 90 percent. It can include any unsecured debt such as credit cards, council tax and loans. The down side is that you cannot include any secured debt such as a loan which is paid through your home or something which is paid in hire purchase.
